Online Booking, Better Explained and Demo Video
The online booking site has always been crucial to the smooth experience at Seattle Massage Pro and Seattle Massage Sauna & Float. However, after the move of Amber to her new private office across the street, there was some confusion. We didn't have all the bugs worked out with the system. We heard your concerns, so looked into it and made some tweaks to the system and hopefully it's smoother now.
Here's a demo video of the entire process of booking online, both in the clinic and also in Amber's private office across the street. Note that only Amber's current clients or their referrals can go to the private office.
I don't want to watch the video, can you just summarize this please?
The main things to remember are:
- If you are in the clinic booking screen and want to book in Amber's office, you can find that link on the left column at the bottom.
- If you are in Amber's office screen and want to see the clinic's appointments, you'll have to use the browser's back arrow to back out of the office.
As of right now this seems to be the only way to switch back from office to clinic. We'll update the site if another way becomes available on the booking platform.

What's the deal with the private office?
The clinic ran out of rooms for therapists, which is a very good thing! To solve this, Amber is back across the street, in a small private office, formerly used only for admin purposes, but now has a massage table set up. There were a few months where it was not every appointment, only certain days and times, but that became difficult to remember where to be and when. So to make things even easier, Amber will be solely massaging out of the private office now, unless subbing for another therapist in the clinic. She'll really miss seeing you all around, and definitely miss the beautiful space and orange-infused water, but hopefully can stop by in between appointments-- it is pretty close after all.
If you want to experience a TRIFECTA, (sauna + float + massage, all in the same day) or any other service on the same day as your massage with Amber, you definitely still can, but you will have to change back in to clothes to cross the street-- the robes and sandals are for clinic-use only. And I think we'd have a lot of explaining to do to the restaurant guests and business neighbors. You'll still receive the 10% discount on any additional services after the massage if it's in the same day, regardless of if your massage is with Amber in her office, or in the clinic with one of other amazing therapists.
